Tarbooz Kay Chilkay Ki Sabzi    Ingredients: 2 cups watermelon rind, peeled and diced 1 onion, finely chopped 2-3 green chilies, sliced 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp coriander seeds 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp garam masala powder Salt to taste 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1/2 cup water Fresh coriander leaves for garnish Instructions: Heat a large pan over medium heat and add the vegetable oil. Once hot, add the cumin seeds and coriander seeds and sauté until fragrant. Add the finely chopped onion and sliced green chilies to the pan and sauté until the onion turns translucent. Add the diced watermelon rind, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and salt to the pan. Mix well and sauté for 2-3 minutes. And today I am here with a very delicious recipe for..                                                                  Spicy BBQ Chicken Wings Recipe   Ingredients: 2 lbs chicken wings 1/4 cup BBQ sauce 2 tbsp hot sauce 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp honey 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper Salt and black pepper to taste Vegetable oil for frying Instructions: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the BBQ sauce, hot sauce, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Place the chicken wings in a separate mixing bowl and pour the marinade over the wings, making sure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 and hafe hours, or up to overnight. And today I am here with a very delicious recipe for..                                                                Chicken Mayo Chutney Paratha Roll  Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup lukewarm water 2 tbsp oil 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken 1/4 cup mayonnaise 2 tbsp green chutney Salt and black pepper to taste 1/2 onion, thinly sliced 1/2 cup chopped lettuce 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add the lukewarm water and knead the dough until it becomes soft and pliable. Add a little more water if necessary. Add 1 tbsp of oil and nead again. Cover the dough and set it aside for 30 minutes. In a separate bowl, mix the cooked chicken, mayonnaise, green chutney, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Divide the dough into small balls.
