Easy Khattay Aloo Ramzan Special Recipe

Khattay Aloo
Ingredients:
-Aloo (Potatoes) peeled 6 medium -Boiling water as required -Namak (Salt) ½ tbs -Cooking oil 2 tbs -Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tsp -Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) ½ Cup -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp -Sugar 1 & ½ tsp -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Chaat masala ½ tsp -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp -Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) ¼ tsp -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Directions: -Cut potatoes into large pieces. -In boiling water,add potatoes,salt,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & boil on medium flame for 7-8 minutes then strain & set aside. -In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic paste & mix well. -Add tamarind pulp,coriander seeds,turmeric powder,sugar,red chilli powder,salt,chaat masala, cumin seeds,red chilli crushed,orange food color,mix well & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes. -Add boiled potatoes,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes. -Garnish with fresh coriander & serve!
