Tarbooz Kay Chilkay Ki Sabzi    Ingredients: 2 cups watermelon rind, peeled and diced 1 onion, finely chopped 2-3 green chilies, sliced 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp coriander seeds 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp garam masala powder Salt to taste 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1/2 cup water Fresh coriander leaves for garnish Instructions: Heat a large pan over medium heat and add the vegetable oil. Once hot, add the cumin seeds and coriander seeds and sauté until fragrant. Add the finely chopped onion and sliced green chilies to the pan and sauté until the onion turns translucent.
