Tarbooz Kay Chilkay Ki Sabzi Ingredients: 2 cups watermelon rind, peeled and diced 1 onion, finely chopped 2-3 green chilies, sliced 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp coriander seeds 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp garam masala powder Salt to taste 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1/2 cup water Fresh coriander leaves for garnish Instructions: Heat a large pan over medium heat and add the vegetable oil.
