Lahori Qeema Kachori Ingredients : For the dough: All-purpose flour (maida) - 500g Oil - 1/2 cup Salt - to taste Water - as required For the filling: Minced meat (qeema) - 400g Onion (pyaaz) - 1, finely chopped Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp Red chili powder - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Cumin powder - 1 tsp Salt - to taste Oil - 2 tbsp For frying: Oil - as required Instructions : combine the flour, oil, and salt. Gradually add water and knead into a smooth and pliable dough. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes. In a pan, heat oil and sauté the onions until they turn translucent.
