Lahori Qeema Kachori Ingredients : For the dough: All-purpose flour (maida) - 500g Oil - 1/2 cup Salt - to taste Water - as required For the filling: Minced meat (qeema) - 400g Onion (pyaaz) - 1, finely chopped Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp Red chili powder - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Cumin powder - 1 tsp Salt - to taste Oil - 2 tbsp For frying: Oil - as required Instructions : combine the flour, oil, and salt. Gradually add water and knead into a smooth and pliable dough. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes. In a pan, heat oil and sauté the onions until they turn translucent. Club Sandwich   Here are 2 ways to make a delicious chicken club sandwich, perfect for Ramadan Iftar: Option 1 - Classic Chicken Club Sandwich Ingredients : 8 slices of bread, toasted 1 pound cooked chicken breast, sliced 8 slices of cooked bacon 4 lettuce leaves 4 tomato slices 4 tablespoons mayonnaise Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Toast the bread slices until golden brown. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread. On four of the slices, layer lettuce leaves, chicken slices, and tomato slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. And today I am here with a very delicious recipe for...  Korean Cheese Corn Dog: Dough Ingredients : 150g bread flour (can use plain flour) 50g rice flour (can use plain flour) 30g sugar 4g salt 4g instant dry yeast 1 room-temperature egg (50g) 100ml warm water Ingredients : 3 sausages (12cm) Mozzarella cheese 5 wooden skewers Toppings : Bread crumbs 1 potato (145g) + 1 tbsp cornstarch (2 toppings) Half instant ramen noodle (3 toppings) Sugar Ketchup Mustard Instructions : In a mixing bowl, combine the bread flour, rice flour, sugar, salt, and instant dry yeast.
