Here are 2 ways to make a delicious chicken club sandwich, perfect for Ramadan Iftar:
Option 1 - Classic Chicken Club Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 8 slices of bread, toasted
- 1 pound cooked chicken breast, sliced
- 8 slices of cooked bacon
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 tomato slices
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
- On four of the slices, layer lettuce leaves, chicken slices, and tomato slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Top each sandwich with 2 slices of cooked bacon and cover with the remaining slices of bread.
- Cut each sandwich in half diagonally and serve.
Option 2 - Spicy Chicken Club Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 8 slices of bread, toasted
- 1 pound cooked chicken breast, sliced
- 8 slices of cooked bacon
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 tomato slices
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (such as Sriracha)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Spread the spicy mayo on one side of each slice of bread.
