 Here are 2 ways to make a delicious chicken club sandwich, perfect for Ramadan Iftar:

Option 1 - Classic Chicken Club Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 8 slices of bread, toasted
  • 1 pound cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 8 slices of cooked bacon
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. On four of the slices, layer lettuce leaves, chicken slices, and tomato slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Top each sandwich with 2 slices of cooked bacon and cover with the remaining slices of bread.
  5. Cut each sandwich in half diagonally and serve.

Option 2 - Spicy Chicken Club Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 8 slices of bread, toasted
  • 1 pound cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 8 slices of cooked bacon
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (such as Sriracha)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, hot sauce, and paprika.
  3. Spread the spicy mayo on one side of each slice of bread.
  4. On four of the slices, layer lettuce leaves, chicken slices, and tomato slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Top each sandwich with 2 slices of cooked bacon and cover with the remaining slices of bread.
  6. Cut each sandwich in half diagonally and serve.
