Chicken Chow Mein Recipe by Food lovers
ingredients:
1. Water as required
2. -Spaghetti 400g (Salt) 2tsp or to taste
3. -Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
4. -Soy sauce 1 tbs
5. -Sirka (Vinegar) ½ tbs
6. (White pepper powder) 1
7. (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
8. (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
9. -Chicken boneless stripes 250g
10. -Baking soda ¼ tsp
11. -Cooking oil 3tbs
12. -Soy sauce 3tbs
13. -Chilli sauce 4tbs
14. -Chilli garlic sauce 2tbs
15. -Oyster sauce 3tbs
16. (Sesame oil) 1 tbs
17. -Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tbs
18. (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
19. -(Black pepper powder) 2tsp
20. -Cooking oil 1-3 tbs
21. -Gajar (Carrots) julienne ½ cup
22. -Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 cup
23. (Cabbage) shredded 1 & ½ cups
24. -Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
25. -(Garlic) sliced 8-10 cloves
26. (Spring onion) white 2 tbs
27. -Spaghetti boiled
28. -Fried Chicken
29. -Prepared chowmein sauce
30. -Stir-fried vegetables
31.(Spring onion) leaves 1-2 tbs
Directions:
In boiling water add spaghetti & mix well.
-Add salt, & boil for (5-6 minutes).
strain it & rinse it with tap water. Add oil, strain & set.
-In a bowl add soy sauce, vinegar, white pepper powder, salt, and garlic powder & mix well.
-Add chicken boneless stripes & mix well.
-Add baking soda & mix well. Cover & let it rest for 15 to 18 minutes.
add cooking oil, and marinated chicken, and cook for 5-6 minutes on medium flame or until done.
-In a bowl add soy sauce, chili sauce, chili garlic sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and black pepper powder, and mix well. Chowmein sauce is ready.
-In the same wok add cooking oil, carrots, capsicum, and cabbage, mix well & sauté for 2 minutes. Take out & set aside.
-In the same wok add cooking oil, and garlic & mix well.
-Add spring onion white, mix well & sauté for a minute.
-Add boiled spaghetti & mix well for a minute.
-Add cooked chicken & mix well.
-chowmein sauce, mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes on high flame.
-Add stir-fried vegetables & mix well.
-Add spring onion leaves, mix well & serve.
