Coffee Crunch Cake Without Oven

And today I am here with a very delicious recipe for Coffee Crunch Cake

Which we will make in a casserole without Oven

Which will definitely turn out good

Soft Spongy and Flavorful

Let's start the recipe

First, we will take a bowl

Add 1 tsp coffee

Add 1 tbsp hot milk

Mix it until the coffee dissolves

After that, we will add 1 tbsp of Oil

Vanilla Essence 1/4 tsp

Put it aside after mixing it well

Now take a 6 to 7 inches round Pan

Grease pan with Oil

Put butter paper the size of a pan

Now put the pan aside

Take a bowl and add 4 eggs to it

Add (100g) half a cup of sugar

The one we usually use in our homes

Beat it well with an electric hand beater

For 7 to 8 minutes until the sugar dissolves and the eggs got fluffy

I have beaten it for almost 8 minutes the sugar has dissolved in it

The batter should be thick and creamy like this

Add the coffee mixture that we made

Mix it well

Now its done mixing put aside the beater

Take (100g) 3/4 cup of flour

With the help of a sieve sift the flour

Add flour in 3 parts

Always use sifted flour

Use the folding method for mixing

You can also mix it with your hand

or use a spatula if you want but you have to mix it with a light hand because of the air caused by eggs

It's a very delicate batter so all of the air will release if we mix it with hard hands

Step by step add all the 3 parts of flour and mix it with a light hand properly in the folding method

After mixing all the flour properly our Coffee Cake batter is ready now

Just like a cloudy batter

If you have followed all the steps correctly your cake will turn out so soft and spongy

Now add Coffee cake batter to the pan

Preheat the casserole for 5 to 10 min to bake the cake

Set a stand and on that put a plate-type pot

Place the pan and cover it with a lid with something heavy object on it so that the heat cannot get away

Bake it at low to medium flame for almost 30 minutes

Check the cake after 30 minutes

Some of you were asking how the color of your cake turn out so good so here's the answer

If you preheat the casserole properly your cake color too will turn out well

Check the cake with a skewer and it's done baking

Because the skewer turned out clean

Take out and put aside the cake for it to be cool

Now we will make crunch for the cake

Take a frying pan and put it on low flame

Add Sugar 1/2 cup

Here I am using caster sugar It's a faster way to make Caramel

You can also use your usual sugar there's no problem

Now if it's starting to melt mix it with the spatula

Mix it when its half has done then there will be no sugar pieces left

So here we have a very beautiful golden-brown colored caramel

Add 1/4 cup of Almonds

After adding almonds mix them well

Turn off the flame and mix it

Cover the almonds with caramel it will develop a good taste in the almonds

because the caramel is hot and it will roast the almonds

It's done now put the Caramel mixture on any silicon pad and spread it

If you don't have a silicon mat you can also use any flat surface like a plate or kitchen counter table after greasing

Don't touch it it's very hot let it be cool

Now it's time to make frosting today we will make coffee flavor frosting

For that, we have 1 tsp coffee and add 1/2 tsp hot water to it

It will turn out into a thick mixture

Put it aside

Take a bowl and add 1 & 1/2 cups of whipping cream

Take an electric hand beater and beat the cream with it

First, beat it at low speed for 1 minute

Then to medium speed for 3 to 4 minutes

And at last full high speed

So our whipped cream is ready now add the coffee mixture to it

Mix it perfectly

Coffee Cake frosting is ready now put it aside

It's time to make syrup, for that add 1/2 cup of hot milk

Add 1 tsp of instant coffee

Then 2 tbsp of Sugar mix it well and put aside

Let it be cool, Never use hot syrup on the cake

Our crunch is set now break it into small pieces

You can also crush it in the grinder

I prefer rolling pin for crushing

Take a rolling pin and crush it 

Normally restaurants use a rolling pin for crushing because grinders are not available for crushing

All our crunch is crushed now

If you find it hard to crush with a rolling pin you can also use a grinder

See the crunch came out so good Mashallah, put it in a bowl

So our cake is at room temperature now take it out of the pan

Take a knife to cut the sides of the cake and take it out

Flip it on a plate It's a very simple way to take the cake out

Remove the butter paper

See it turned out so good Mashallah

Now all our elements are ready to combine

Cut the cake into 3 layers first

See your cake will also look like this if you follow the exact recipe

Take the first layer and soak it with the syrup It's important

It will become juicy and even if you put it in the fridge it will be as soft as a baby's skin, Cover the first layer with frosting

Now sprinkle the crunch on top of the frosting

Then the second layer and soak it too with the syrup

Cover the second layer with whipping cream too

Sprinkle Crunch

It's time for the third layer and soak it with syrup too

Now we will cover the whole cake with frosting

First, take a lot of whipping cream

Okay I think its enough now on the sides of the cake

Now you can decorate your cake with the scraper it will look good but It's optional

Plain the top 

When you are removing extra cream from the top clean the palette knife every time

Sprinkle the sides of the cake with crunch too

Now make a piping bag 

Just take a piece of butter paper and double it 

Make a cone like this

Add whipping cream to it and fold it 

Now it's time to design the cake

Sprinkle the crunch on top too

Our delicious cake will be ready
