Grilled BBQ Chicken Cheese Samosa
Ingredients:
⦁ 500 gm boneless, chicken breast, cut into small pieces
⦁ 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
⦁ 1/2 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)
⦁ 1/4 cup chopped green onions
⦁ Salt and pepper to taste
⦁ 8 samosa wrappers
⦁ 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions:
⦁ Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
⦁ In a small bowl, mix together the chicken pieces, BBQ sauce, cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper.
⦁ Lay out the samosa wrappers on a flat surface.
⦁ a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each wrapper.
⦁ Fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle, and then fold the edges inwards to seal the samosa.
⦁ Brush the melted butter on both sides of each samosa.
⦁ Place the samosas on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the wrappers are golden brown and the filling is cooked through.
⦁ Remove the samosas from the grill and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
