Grilled BBQ Chicken Cheese Samosa

            


 Ingredients:

500 gm boneless, chicken breast, cut into small pieces

1/2 cup BBQ sauce

1/2 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)

1/4 cup chopped green onions

Salt and pepper to taste

8 samosa wrappers

2 tablespoons melted butter

         Instructions:

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together the chicken pieces, BBQ sauce, cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper.

Lay out the samosa wrappers on a flat surface.

a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each wrapper.

Fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle, and then fold the edges inwards to seal the samosa.

Brush the melted butter on both sides of each samosa.

Place the samosas on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the wrappers are golden brown and the filling is cooked through.

Remove the samosas from the grill and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
