simple recipe for chicken nuggets:

 


Ingredients:

1. 500 gm boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into small bite-size pieces

2. 1 cup all-purpose flour

3. 1 teaspoon garlic powder

4. 1 teaspoon onion powder

5. 1 teaspoon paprika

6. 1 teaspoon salt

7. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

8. 2 eggs, beaten

9. 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

10. Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Place the beaten eggs in a separate small bowl, and the breadcrumbs in a third small bowl.

Dip each chicken piece in the flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, and then coat well with the breadcrumbs.

Heat enough vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat to cover the bottom of the pan.

Once the oil is hot, carefully add the chicken pieces to the pan in a single layer.

Cook the chicken nuggets for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove the chicken nuggets from the pan using a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.

Serve the chicken nuggets immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
