                                                                   Dahi Ke Sholay | Easy Snack Recipe 

 Dahi ke sholay is a popular Indian snack that is easy to make and perfect for any occasion. Here's the recipe:



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup hung curd
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Bread slices
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, take hung curd and add grated cheese to it. Mix well until the cheese is well combined with the curd.

  2. Add finely chopped capsicum and onion to the curd-cheese mixture. Mix well.

  3. Add red chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt to the mixture. Mix well until everything is well combined.

  4. Take a bread slice and trim the edges. Spread the curd-cheese mixture on the bread slice. Make sure to spread it evenly.

  5. Roll the bread slice tightly to form a roll.

  6. Repeat the same process with the rest of the bread slices and the curd-cheese mixture.

  7. Heat oil in a deep pan on medium flame.

  8. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the bread rolls to the pan. Fry until they turn golden brown.

  9. Remove the rolls from the pan and place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

  10. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chutney of your choice.
